Tilma Pay Set-up
We are excited to help you get started with Tilma Pay. In order to set up your new Tilma Pay account, we need some information about your parish. This form is for Canadian parishes.
Please have the following information ready:
- Government business number (eg. CRA#, GST number, Government Payroll #)
- Date your parish was founded
- Charitable number
- Authorized signer name and residential address
- Authorized signer ID (driver's license #, province, issue date, expiry, date of birth)
- Authorized signer direct phone number
- Photo/PDF of a void cheque or deposit form
- Photo/PDF of a business document (eg. incorporation doc)
