We are excited to help you get started with Tilma Pay. In order to set up your new ACH account, we need some information about your organization.
Please submit as much as you are able to provide using the form at the bottom of this page:
- A completed PDF of the US Client Application Form
- Certificate of incorporation
- Articles of incorporation
- Register of Directors (if applicable)
- Void check or bank statement
- Form W-9
- Employer identification number (EIN) / Federal Tax Filing / Federal Tax ID
- Bank Letter
- Authorized signer name and contact information
- Authorized signer photo ID (scan or photo)
- Tax filing name
